@6 GUIDELINES FOR PROGRAMS SUBMITTED FOR EVALUATION
@5-------------------------------------------------
Updated Sept 97
---------------
@4
You don't HAVE to follow these guidelines, but you will significantly
increase your chances of acceptance if you do.
@3
(1)
Since there is a chance most F1 programs will end up on a CD, either for
our archive or for a future F1 CD you will save us and yourselves a lot of
hassle in the future if you make your program runnable from Workbench.
This means NOT coding file i/o using "Sys:", "DF0:" or whatever, call the
disks name. Load "DisksName:file" for example and not Load "DF0:file" Also
don't forget to set up icons on the disk to run the executable and read
docs etc.

(2)
For gawds sake put a "Quit" option in your program, this way most programs,
when run from the CD interface will be able to return the user back to the
menu it was launched from. Also you should have a QUIT anyway so that
users running your program from hard drive don't have to switch off when
they should be returning to Workbench with a nice quit option.
@5
(3)
Please use a standard Amigados disk, no custom formats. We need to be able
to run it without booting it. We no longer accept non-standard disk
formats anyway.
@2
(4)
It is in your interests to supply the following with an accepted program:
A 1 disk demo version
At least 1 IFF screenshot preferably 3
An ASCII description for the catalogue
AND your contact details for customers, you MUST supply either
your postal address, phone or e-mail for customer support in your
program or on the disk.
@6
There will be more new guidelines printed here as soon as they crop up.
